Lead the development and implementation of Huawei outsourcing strategy of Enclosure and Antenna Assembly.

Organize and manage CEG strategically and effectively based on corporate policy and procurement business objectives in order to gain competitive procurement advantages for the EMS&ODM where CEG is managing and to support company’s future development needs.

Lead the development and implementation of Huawei outsourcing strategy of PCBA, Enclosure and System Integraion.Lead Huawei global EMS selection and management.Support on the programming of Huawei global supply network (global footprint, outsourcing business models).

Local project management of EMS existing or new product introduction supply chain transfers into China in support of global Nortel and EMS teams. Projects could be site change only or site and EMS change.Provide local issue resolution during and post transfers including cost, quality and material.Build and maintain strong relationships with local EMS partners. Continue to provide open communications to Nortel N.America & Europe to facilitate issues of language and cultural gaps.Support and drive optimization of material supply chain for lower cost and better lead-times meeting Nortel quality requirements (mechanical, cable, PCB, etc.)Perform routine supplier performance management, contract and process compliance.Perform supplier commercial, supply chain and technical audits as required.
