• 8 years’ experience in Clinical Research, over 4 of with strong oncology experience with a focus of immunotherapy and cell therapy studies from protocol review and regulatory approval through to study activation, follow up and trial closure• Solid knowledge in oncology clinical trials and Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) Standards to maintain chain of custody and promote quality for work • Proven ability of project management and time management skills by performing multiple concurrent studies and producing high quality work while meeting deadlines• Great leadership skills including mentoring, appraisals, and conflict resolution• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure and attention to details• Honors Bachelor degree in Science (H.BSc.) and certification as a Clinical Research Professional• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook), Adobe Acrobat and CIMs-HR
