Thinkific is a growing public SaaS company (TSX:THNC) that provides a software platform enabling entrepreneurs to create, market, sell, and deliver their own online courses.I joined Thinkific's Operations team to help tackle the challenges that come with growth and scaling. My key contribution included elevating cross-functional project planning and execution quality by leading and implementing a company-wide Project Management Guidance program.

TELUS Partner Management oversees all 3rd party partner relationships and contracts providing field installation and repair services for TELUS products nationally. During my time on the team, I managed strategic cross-functional programs growing and enhancing partner portfolios and performance.

Process Improvement Centre of Excellence (PICOE) was an internal consulting group focused on enterprise wide process improvement projects and building best practices/training for operational excellence across TELUS teams.During my time there I managed several successful operational efficiencies and process re-design projects. Responsibilities included conducting opportunity and benefit assessments, analyzing data, developing new workflows, KPI and control measures, as well as facilitating workshops along with delivering change management training for cross-functional teams.

Sierra Systems is an IT services and management consulting firm offering a full range of advisory services, systems integration, and managed application services. During my time there, I managed projects with a focus on process improvement and change management for clients ranging from provincial governments, to finance, healthcare, and higher education industries.

As part of a core system implementation project, I assisted in managing vendor selection and contracts to minimize client risk exposure while meeting cost and performance requirements.

Consulting & Strategic Management

I led the development of the community and social media strategy with a KPI monitoring system for this international development agency restoring sight and preventing blindness in India and Africa. Other work included conducting internal process assessments, stakeholder interviews and training workshops to implement streamlined donation processes.

Social Venture Partners Calgary is a part of an international venture philanthropy network providing grants and high-skilled volunteers to local charities. During my time there, I proudly supported the transition of over a dozen grass root non-profit organizations to become financially and operationally self-sustaining through capacity assessments, grant disbursements, human capital resourcing, volunteer management, as well as providing advisory on operational effectiveness.
