I don't believe that all technology improves efficiency and effectiveness in work. But there are technologies, especial software applications that can help both business and general consumers accelerate growth, save time, and help a user maximize their talent for results. I worked to match my latest company's ERP technology solutions for businesses of all sizes when applicable. SaaS technology currently has a major influence on businesses' operations and ultimately an impact on users' daily lives. I don't necessarily recommend our offerings unless they fit. In my latest role, I assessed the viability of Works Application's ERP offerings, especially HR Management (Recruiting, Talent Mgmt, Time & Attendance, Collaboration, and LMS) and Accounting SaaS solutions. I've also helped introduce SMBs to CRM SaaS in my previous position for a Microsoft contractor and truly enjoy positively impacting the users of SaaS business technology, trickling down to their customers. Machine Learning is the new "big thing" and I become more educated on it each day.
