Developed data analytics and dashboards using Power BI allowing owners and management team a realtime view of business and boost business performance and improve bottom line. Digitise back office processes. Automated leave and attendance tracking. Migrated team to Microsoft Sharepoint, Office, Teams suite.- Managing ERP deployment for local listed appliance company.- Solutioned and implemented e-Commerce website with integration to existing accounting and inventory system for fish importer to pivot from B2B to B2C during the pandemic.- Designed custom software for marble importer for virtual drylaying when lockdown started. Software took in house blueprints in Autocad format and marble images to allow customers to design their tiles layout.
