With over 15 years of Analog/RFIC design experience using deep sub-micron CMOS processes, I have successfully managed and executed multiple projects from product definition through mass production, delivering innovative and reliable solutions that meet customer needs and exceed industry standards.I have a thorough understanding of RF systems, RF transceiver architectures, and RF device modeling, as well as a strong background in electrical engineering, with a Ph.D. and an MS from the University of Florida. I have also contributed to the advancement of the field through multiple patents and publications, including a live demo of the industry's first 802.11ac 4x4 wireless solution (Avastar 88W8864) at the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference in 2014. I enjoy working and collaborating in a cross-functional environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to enable and empower the success of my team and organization.
