- Converting manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics.- Responsible for inventory health/optimization; streamlined / reliable services and logistics; and supplier delivery performance. - Coordinates purchasing activities such as generating / managing / reconciling forecasts and schedules. Monitors the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, sustaining factories and dispositions materials for end-of-life factories. - Proactive management of commodities by creating predictive analysis techniques and providing business insights through data analytics. Analyses supply vs. demand to make purchasing decisions. - Executes contractual requirements as well as meets with suppliers to discuss material performance, cost opportunities, and future operational strategies - Managing the internal stakeholder needs with the supplier capabilities. Drives and participates in the development of system/process improvements and supply chain solutions across organizational teams. - Business processes and continuous improvement. - Reconciling and managing the payments including any warranty, remedies and credits. - Assess appropriate material handling equipment needs to support factory SLA's and quality requirements. - Understand basic chemical and gas IOR ownership and EHS approval.

- Responsible for examining, managing, and carrying out improvements to business processes relating to Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning- Excess, expiry & obsolescence management- Master data management- Supply execution, exception management & impact assessment- New products tracking and transition calendar- Develops and drives business processes to support Country Demand Planning functional activities.- Proposes and implements processes that proactively alert the business to opportunities and risks within the organization’s supply chain.- Facilitates all projects with the context of cost or productivity improvements at the Regional level.- Engages with APAC Country Demand Planners, Global COE, and other stakeholders to enhance business processes through automation or by leveraging scale and/or Global Business Services.- Participate and/or represent APAC Planning in Regional Functional Councils and Global COE (Centre of Excellence) forums.- Develop, align and execute against Service Level Agreements with Country Demand Planners on operational business processes.- Demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance with the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.- Good knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response, SAP Hana, SAP ECC.

• Lead outsource and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Program. • Responsible for inventory risk analysis• Business Process Management & Process Improvement/enhancement.• Cost reduction projects• Manage and handle End of Life (EOL) product cycle and part sourcing. • Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by management and stakeholder, to ensure the completion of several related tasks. • Partner closely with key stakeholders/business partners to drive supplier performance and meeting all operational indicators (DOI, EOH, UZB) or driving supplier continuous improvement initiatives.• Data analytics - inventory demand and forecast planning. (PowerBI, VisualStudio, SAP & SQL)• Responsible for all phases of supply chain projects from the identification of problem statement through business case development, roadmaps, project design, implementation and stabilization through to post-implementation reviews.

-Partner closely with HR or other business partners to drive sustainable payroll solution/processes and support operational delivery flawlessly, meeting all key performance indicator and continuous process improvement. -Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project / all key business partners and stakeholders. -Works on problems/tasks in the delivery of payroll services.
