I have extensive experience in employment, complex commercial, and ERISA litigation matters. I represent management in all aspects of employment litigation and advises employers to ensure compliance with federal and state employment, labor, and employee benefits laws and regulations. I also represent corporate clients in commercial litigation matters involving fraud, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, internal investigations, and bankruptcy. In addition to my litigation work, I also advise employers to help ensure compliance with federal and state employment, labor, and employee benefits laws and regulations, and assist in the negotiation, preparation, and administration of collective bargaining agreements.
