Joined Lattice as their 4th employee and first product manager hire. Led product management as we found product-market fit and grew revenue from zero to $20MM+ ARR. Owned end-to-end the development and launch of Lattice Engagement, the company’s second product line. Two months post-launch, Engagement touched 50% of all new revenue and contributed to a sustained increase in sales win-rate of 15 percentage points.Hired and managed Lattice's product management team. Worked with engineering and design leadership to iterate and improve our product development process as the R&D org scaled from 4 to 20+ people.

First dedicated analytics hire, led data analysis projects across marketing, sales, and growth to support Intercom's go-to-market strategy. Later transitioned to a product & engineering (Ruby, Rails, Ember.js) role on the growth team. Focused on signup + onboarding, infrastructure for rapid pricing iteration, and marketing attribution.
