Help desk support for the salon's stylists with the new POS rollout across the country and Puerto Rico. I listen to the occurring problems that the stylists are experiencing and come up with steps to help walk them through the troubleshoot to bring the POS back to functional. Many of the troubleshooting deals with the salon's network connectivity, POS walk-through, receipt printer problems and ordering new replacements. I log every call that comes in with detail in the shortest amount of time to be able to keep the calls on queue the lowest. I effectively translate the I.T. vocabulary to the terms that the stylists understand in order to effectively solve the current issue.
