Mr. Mingrui Mao is the founder of Beijing City Quadrant Technology Co., Ltd（UrbanXYZ), as well as the director of Beijing Community Research Center. He also acts as the Vice Secretary General of the Urban Big Data Professional Committee of the China Urban Studies Society. After 16 years with the Beijing Municipal Institute of City Planning & Design, he took the initiative of being responsible for innovative business at the institute in 2016, thus building City Quadrant Technology (UrbanXYZ). The company has a galaxy of city data science expert professionals with multi-disciplinary backgrounds, focusing on urban governance and city renewal.He is now serving as Vice Secretary General of Urban Big Data Professional Committee at China Urban Studies Society, Executive Director of Beijing City Lab and other social positions.
