- Assisted my team to link with CBRC, and visited over 30 SMEs for trying to solve their financial problems.- Participated in 3 meetings between PAB and local governments, what discussed how to take PAB's AI products into the urban management. To prepare those meetings, dig out over 50 key persons’ info by analyzing public data about relative cases.

Equity Research:- Assisted analyst to complete 5 advanced reports, wrote 12 reviews of semi-annual report of listed banks, interpreted the factors of banks’ revenues through 2 “one page” summaries.- Participated in 4 studies, such as The Mid-term Investment Strategy for Banking Industry, responsible for collecting data, deducing the margin trend based on policies. Descripted the feature of data by visible graphs or tables.- Looked through more than 300 financial documents to build a database about non-listed banks (about 700 banks), which includes key indicators of those banks (Equity-debt structure, Asset quality, ROE and CAR) and the performance of local economy both.- Took advantages in daily data works by employing Excel’s functions, such as Vlookup & If, macros and a bit of VBA codes.- Published more than 10 papers of my team via WeChat.- Led fresh interns to get used to the job, ensured green hands understood what their tasks are, more preciously, supported analysts.
