Retail, CHC, and broad market- Steered the transition of multiple $100Mn+ products through Volume-Based Procurement (VBP)- Orchestrated the digital transformation in Men's Health business, expanding customer coverage with boosted productivity- Led the Organon Spin-off workstream in China during COVID, delivering one of the industry's most seamless spin-off projects
