Generate SMT programs for Surface-Mount Pick-n-Place equipment with utilization of CircuitCAM and FLEXA programming software to populate electronics components, building Aerospace and Defense PWAs. Defined SMT manufacturing process with continuous improvement. SMT programs are always ready ahead of schedule and error-free (detecting BOM or CAD discrepancies before build). Monitored & made improvements (avoid false rejects) during the prototype builds. Able to work long or late hours and being very flexible to meet all production demands. Basic SMT knowledge of using DEK 265 Printer, Fuji and GSM equipment, conveyors and oven profiles when setting up new builds.
