To initiate and facilitate the design review process and ensure specification are followed. e. To define acceptance criteria not only for tool and gripper, but plastic components itself to ensure customer’s request are fulfilled. f. Coordinate stakeholders within their department, metrology, tooling, statistics, etc. g. To support sample preparation during engineering phase timely. h. Support manufacturing with occurring problems after validation.i. Responsible for the communication within PDMP and with internal stakeholders, design office, quality, supply chain, etc. j. Initiate and facilitate trial shot activities by co-work with process engineers and tooling, issue clarification & review/sign off related documents that were consent for all three parties. k. Assist process engineer for troubleshooting and root cause analysis once the component has some irregularities. l. Decide on steel resizing of the tool according to the results of the development process in coordination with the reports of metrology and statistics.
