• Product owner of a highly flexible tool in Python to perform optimization for smart transportation strategies to maximize highway traffic flow without impacting local arterials. The tool has been a key differentiator for winning multiple contracts across the US.• Task lead responsible for delivering data analytics to evaluate historical patterns using big-data (including sensor, geographic, weather, and accident data), identify recurring congestion bottlenecks and crash patterns, and recommend action plans for short-term and long-term improvements/mitigations for metropolitan areas.
