Actively worked as budget liaison with these and other City entities to ensure that approvals are received in a timely manner• Downloaded data from the City’s Financial Management System and internal systems to reconcile project budgets periodically• Managed over 109 capital construction projects in budget tracking including registration, internal work process approvals, and invoice payments• Communicated with New York City Mayor’s Office of Management of Budget (OMB) task forces, various city agencies and EDC project managers in the Certificate to Proceed (CP) submittal and review process for over 55 capital projects in amount of over $900Ms• Initiated and led the monthly meeting between Budget and Funding Agreement Teams for effective discussion about the FA projects issues• Participated in EDC’s annual Capital Plan forecasts, maintained capital budgets for over 60 projects in Financial Management System 2 (FMS2) • Trained team members to prepare the weekly reports, maintain project budget and submit registration in FMS Show less
