Visiting research on the framework of the research project “SiC-based devices for biosensor and bioelectronics applications” at the Institute of Materials in Electrical Engineering 1 (IWE1), the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, RWTH Aachen University. This project is jointly funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and the Universities Australia, at the Programmes for Project-Related Personal Exchange (PPP) Australia 2023-2025.

Lead Mechatronics Engineer at the Robotics and High-tech Department1. Field of study: Automated Storage and Retrieval System (AS/RS) Warehouse.2. Main duties:- Contact person between the Robotics and High-tech department and foreign engineers in China, Singapore.- Contacted the customers, surveyed factories in Vietnam, and gathered input information for designing.- Translated technical documents Vietnamese-English.- Coordinated with foreign engineers to propose the AS/RS warehouse designs.- Presented the solutions to the customers.3. Projects: Proposed the designs for 03 AS/RS warehouse projects and 01 palletizing robot project in Vietnam (2019-2020).4. Using software proficiently: SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) of beverage PET bottles (300 bottles/minute) production line:- Wrote the work instructions, breakdown reports, training document, weekly and monthly maintenance reports.- Planned, monitored, implemented the monthly maintenance of the production line with the technicians.- Implemented the spare-parts replacement periodically with the technicians and updated the machine records.- Measured, drew the machine parts by CATIA for machining and storage as spare-part.- Monitored the spare-parts list of the production line on the CMMS.2. Corrective Maintenance (CM): coordinated with the maintenance technicians to handle machine breakdowns in the shifts.3. Maintenance supervisor: made the action plans to improve the KPIs, managed and trained the maintenance technicians.4. Improvement activities: supported the technicians implementing the Kaizen projects (04 Kaizen ideas/person/year), participating in the Kaizen competition (01 Kaizen project/line/year) at the plant.5. - Project: Vertical Axis Wind Turbine.- Participated in the HUST Scientific Research Contest for Students 2016-2017 and achieved the “Award of Most Creative Ideas” for the project “Vertical Axis Wind Turbine”.
