Client Side Project Management - Commercial | Shopping Centres | Office Buildings | Hospitality

• Conduct in depth analysis of purchasing bids and proposals• Assist Price file and Method of Measure. • Review and assist with management of rebate claims, including volume, marketing & display homes. • Make Purchasing recommendations for new and existing purchasing agreements. • Maintain accurate records of suppler agreements, including performance history. • Support and drive elements within the Building of One Page Plans. • Develop and drive supplier implementation plans. • Drafting of Supplier Agreements/contracts. • Conduct Compliance audits (Pricing, ETO, Product Specification. • Implement strategies to execute supply to market channels. • Build strong relationships with Internal and external stakeholders (communicating daily and providing constructive feedback where required). • Implement Process improvement in product and construction methodologies across all building brands to provide savings in this market. • High level of business acumen from inception to completion.

• Reporting to Estimating & Scheduling Manager. • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved and contracts are completed in a timely manner. • Meeting individual & team weekly and monthly targets. • Ability to interpret contract documentation, building processes and procedures in accordance with relevant legislations, standards, and codes.

Residential • Estimating quantity and costs of residential projects. • Create tenders for projects. • On-site management of multiple sub-contractors on multiple jobs concurrently. • Client engagement. • Development approval forms. • Risk Assessment. • Scheduling. • Producing Project Management Plans for future projects. • Contacting sub-contractors for quotes.• Reporting to Director. • Payment Claims from stakeholders.• Site Inspections. • Problem solving and providing quick decision making when a problem arises in Renovation Projects. PROJECT TYPES • Residential Builds & Renovations up to $1,000,000 in value. • Residential Extensions. • Additional Storey’s. • Heritage Sites.

• Read plans/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary. • Make on-site preparations covering fixtures etc. • Prepare walls and other surfaces for coating by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old surfaces etc. • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g., plaster). • Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools. • Apply varnish and other finishes. • Calculate costs and negotiate prices. • Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
