Team management:• Grow a team of 7 members, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standard of service delivery.• Technical training, performance management.• Develop and implement payroll procedures, processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operation.2. Payroll process management:• Provide Payroll service for multinational and local clients (including Payroll, Personal Income Tax and SHUI)• Manage full payroll process of clients (30 clients) and ensure the process is compliance with local laws.• Setup new entities (Company and Representative office).• PIT declaration for expatriate employees.• Support for audit activities of PIT and Social insurance.3. Expat PIT service:• Initial registration for expat relating to tax and social insurance.• Advise clients about PIT for expat (including worldwide income).• PIT declaration for expat.

HR system management:• Project leader in setting up, testing and launching new HR and payroll system• Develop report about employee data change, payroll data and analyze to find the insights.• Monitor, update & enhance HR & payroll system operations, functionalities & reports in alignment with company regulations & policies to adapt change• Consult and training for end-user about system usage2. Compensation and benefits:• Annual salary budget planning, reporting and adjusting• Analyze data and propose the benefit scheme, budget• Review, update current policies and employee benefits• Consult employees and external stakeholders about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices• Manage service level performance of medical insurance vendor, HR outsourcing vendor• C&B induction for newcomer• Implement contribution of social insurance, medical insurance & personal income tax, labor reports• Implement Product purchasing program for staff3. Payroll calculation & reporting:• Work with raw data to make report, figure out insights• Ensure the accuracy of payroll data, payroll report• Run monthly payroll calculation on system and make cost allocation report, salary budget reconciliation

1. HR system management:• Ensure the sufficiency and accuracy of data of employee data and payroll data• Create and customize effective HR reports, including employee record data, payroll report, time attendance report.• Work closely and collaboratively with internal IT team to “translate” payroll requirement to system language, testing and “go live” the new request.2. Payroll conducting and consulting:• Run the payroll report for several clients with over 2000 headcounts by system and excel.• Analyze huge raw payroll data, and then turn it into more useful format to prepare for payroll• Examine clients’ concern and give advice for concern about payroll, salary calculation, HR system and other inquiries relating to labor law, statutory.3. Statutory task: Implement and make sure to declare PIT, SHUI, labour reports (for companies and representative offices) timely
