I am now a postdoctoral fellow in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Digital and Computational Pathology, working on histopathology characterization of tumor microenvironment using Computer Vision and its combination with Spatial Transcriptomics data analyses. As a PhD student at the University of Yamanashi, I was passionate about advancing the field of human pathology through cutting-edge research and innovation. My education background in medicine and pathology enables me to apply my clinical knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems and improve patient outcomes.I have been involved in multiple projects that leverage computer vision and machine learning to extract morphologic features for cancer evaluation and treatment, and to find novel biomarkers for risk stratification and targeted therapy. I have also been developing and refining my diagnostic skills as a hematopathologist since 2019. I have published several papers in peer-reviewed journals and presented my findings at international conferences. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other experts in the field and contribute to the advancement of pathology and medicine.
