Construction phase- Project management include of supervising construction and ME during implement project.- Control master schedule of project, coordinate packages tenders- Divide bidding packages and deploy bidding include set up specifications and estimating cost for packages- Supervise contractors implement contract and control quality construction2. Operation phase- Develop, monitor and control the development of annual business activities and build capital budgets related to human resources, investment and procurement.- Research and introduce measures to improve productivity.- Control of operating machines and management of technical infrastructure system.- Instruction, training and control of maintenance activities.- Professional guidance related to the management of investment projects; propose to organize training and professional training on investment for technical staff in the Company.- Control activities related to the environment.

- Planning the project implementation, divide the bidding package - Making, following and reporting schedule of project.- Financial control of the whole project.- To compile bidding dossiers and organize the bidding.- Economic contracting, monitoring and supervision of construction projects.

- Research the technical documentations and standards for projects.- Site survey and perform concept design to discuss with investors.- Assistant for design manager to arrangement and combine all systems.- Calculate and design piping utility system: steam, compressed air, vacuum, water, ...- Make piping routing, piping support plan and piping support detail.- Make BoQ and cost estimate

- Research the jack-up rigs and piping systems on the rig.- Learn about the rules and standards: MODU, ASME, API…- Design P&ID drawings.- Use Smart marine (SM3D) software to model piping systems, pipe supports.
