Formulate, promulgate & stipulate functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of Company in general & Departments in specific, professional title systems, total employment payroll, job description & total reward standardReview & develop labor policies regards talent management, competencies development training programs, personnel assessment, professional roadmap consultancy, officer master plan & standards of employee ranking.Play the leading role & cooperate with others Chief Officers in formulating Human Resources & Recruitment rules, regulation, procedure; Participate in Company culture & working environment enhancement projects.

Take responsibility forall recruitment activities, hand-on the full life cycle of the recruitment process. Design & develop talent acquisition dashboards and reports to update recruitment status with stakeholders in anaccurate and timely manner.Taking charge of onboarding program & probation evaluation process: Preparing, reviewing and monitoring our annual budget for talent acquisition.Support HRM in workforce planning and succession planning Coordinate & contribute to the company's training plans & activities.Organize company activities: address and prevent issues related to people to maintain the corporate culture.

Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, salary, recruitment…Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.

Follow up different recruitment channels and propose actions or solutions to best use those channels for recruitment needs;Make resume search, screen resumes and applications;Schedule and organize tests and interviews, and perform reference checks when needed;Maintain daily report and update recruitment record database in timely and accurate way, file CV and applications;Actively propose and implement ideas or actions to improve recruitment process and attain recruitment targets;Monitoring training results for contract evaluation, make probation contract, labor contract for workers.
