Main responsibilities:* HR control:- Labor law update and training to relevant departments- Consult top management on salary scale, wage increase yearly as increasing of regional minimum wage yearly, benefits for employees to make balance benefits between employees and company.- Monitoring the recruitment and make plan for recruitment extension.- Settle all arising problems in HR.- Insurance benefits control.* Compliance control- Consult the legal issue to top management.- Set up the CSR control as SA8000, ISO 9001-2015- Deal with CSR audit.- Make corrective action plan for audit findings.- Main person contact for CSR with buyers – Costco. ( evaluated by Intertek, BV, Elevate..)
