Process Engineer at Global supply

DSE is a non-profit and unpolitical student organisation The purpose of DSE is to connect and bring the companies closer to engineering students from DTU and Aalborg University in order to help the student get a greater overview of which companies and work opportunities there are on the market. Position in the organisation: (Feb 2019 - Jan 2020) - Sales Team member. The committee makes sure to take contact wit companies regarding our products e.g. a booth for our fair in Lyngby in spring. Competences: B2B communication and sales(April 2019 - October 2019) - PR-Coordinator for DSE FocusNight in Lyngby. The purpose of the committee is to promote our product, FocusNight, for the students in the university. We promoted the product through fun and serious events on DTU, merchandise and social media e.g. Facebook contests, Instagram and LinkedIn. Responsibility: Convening the meetings, make the agenda, make sure the team members solve their tasks and make (supervise) the committee’s budget. (January 2019 - May 2019) - Member of the committee for the Practical for DSE fair in Lyngby. The purpose of the committee is to take care of all the practical tasks before, during and after the fair.Responsibility: Truck spotting- Before the fair, the companies will deliver their materials to build their booth. Since the fair has more than 160 participating companies, there is not enough space for all the companies to arrive at the same time. My responsibility is to coordinate with the truck drivers when they are able to deliver the materials.Competences: organization and structuring- Member of the Social committeeResponsibility: Recruiting new member to our organisation and make sure that the current members have a healthy work environment. I was one of the coordinator to arrange the DSE Fair in Lyngby 2022. As one of the coordinator I was responsible to have contact with DTU, the companies and relevant stakeholders. Besides that, I was also responsible to coordinate my team and manage the budget. My team and I was responsible for all the practical task for the fair.

Intern in MARS Business Support and Project Office as Business Analytics, where I have provided capacity models to the different departments in MARS by using SAP and NovoTime. Responsibility: Update capacity models, productivity models and various other project. Competences: Business analysis, preparation of data in Excel and analytic visualization of data in PowerpointMARS assists 3 areas: Medical Affairs (scientific trial communication), Regulatory Affairs (approvals by health authorities) and Global Safety (patient safety and handling of adverse events)
