1. Recruitment tasks:-Receive vacancies and analyze job requirements with Hiring Manager-Post job vacancies on news sources/websites-Arrange interview schedule with candidates and Hiring manager/Prepare related logistics such as book link zoom/meeting room/get approval from GD/Federal (Special case)-Send email notification exchange unsuitable candidates/Offer selected candidates-Perform pre-onboarding tasks (request to create email, user account; request car stamp, face ID; ...)-Welcome and integration training for new employees + send email to introduce new employees + visit HCM office/factory-Record keeping (Masterlist, iHRP..)-Monthly report-Update the probationary employee's evaluation and apply for approval to end the probation-Make an internal transfer form within the same company or different companies in the same group-Looking for activities to increase recruitment efficiency and develop Employer Brand: Job Day, Linkedin,...-Talk to current employees to get insights-Discuss with employees leaving about the reason for in-depth research/collection of handover minutes, resignation letter, resignation interview, transfer to C&B for storage - Update the list of employees leaving-Monitor the contractor to send employee records including: citizen identification, background, health check, insurance (if any),... for storage and management.2. Training tasks:- Plan training for the whole year-Proposal training + supplier contact + contract making + payment tracking-Notify HODs, arrange class schedules via email-Organize classes + report, evaluate training effectiveness- Maintain training records/certificates.3.
