- Manage a serial of projects related to News market.- Provide project management mentor-ship for Team leads and Project Managers and strategic alignment of projects to business needs.- Facilitate improvements by empowering Tools and Methods to the Project Conduct & Management Process.- Work with Senior Management and HR Team for Career Development of Resources in the program.

- Define and review Work Packages and Schedule to implement on-time deliveries.- Monitor Project Status, Achievements, Timing, Risks, Open issues, etc.- Prepare presentation for review meetings with customer & local management.- Review and communicate the change requests with customer and internal team.- Delegate SW team within the scope of the time, cost and quality objectives

- Manage the teams, do technical support and troubleshooting to team members.- Responsible for detailed project schedule, effort estimation, resource allocation and task assignment.- Responsible for code review and quality of code within the team.
