Minha R. Ha is a Lecturer at John M. Thompson Centre for Engineering Leadership and Innovation. Colleagues describe her as "its been a pleasure to have a student leadership forum oriented by Professor Minha at UofT. The ILead dept, together with Professional engineer ethics placed us better position for industry needs and project delivery plans" and "I was a student in Minha's class, Ethical and Equitable Decision Making in Engineering, in my 4th-year study. Minha is one of the most responsible teachers I've seen throughout my learning at UofT. Considering ethics can include philosophical and sociological material that can be unfamiliar engineering students, Minha delivered her course very well. Her course plan was up-to-date with industry topics and covered a wide range of materials. From major philosophers' readings to engineering study cases, Minha endeavoured to enable us in answering ethical challenges throughout each project we may encounter in the future. She also invited professionals from various industries to present real-world experience according to materials we were learning and our interests. Last but not least, she was also very considerate of all her students in the class, encouraging us to speak out and expressing our ideas, which is a rare opportunity we can get in other courses in engineering courses."
