Being a HR student I have good communication skills making the right decision at the right time and business management skill. I have participated in many projects based on design development and performance management system this gave me the experience of planning and implementing and how to lead you team with good teamwork and determination towards your goal. I believe in learning and developing this helps you to learn something new everyday and develop yourself.
