I have completed a Master degree in Social Work from Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad.Now I'm working in American India Foundation as a City Manager under the Jay Choudhary project (Livelihood) at Kanpur Nagar. I have the ability to establish good relationship between vendor leaders and local Govt. officials and Banks. other stake holders, Awareness generation about use of digital platform, social security schemes, Facilitate access it and to coordinate ,organize training , survey and research work as well as mobilization activities in the field and also have experience to use PRA & PLA Tools and Techniques  and well equipped with computer skills in word, excel ,powerpoint. net surfing etc. I also have working experience health, education and livelihood project where I have been engaged to organized social mobilization activities to promote health scheme like promotion of immunization, health and hygiene, hand washing, nutrition and healthy diet. I also engaged community influencers like Pradhan, ward members, professionals so that community ownership can be promoted. I believe that I have good writing skills Hindi, English, Urdu.
