With over six years of experience in industrial automation and leadership, I serve as both the Assistant Production Manager and Lead Project Manager for Radwell United at Radwell International, a global leader in industrial repair and surplus solutions. My journey began as a QA HMI Precertification Technician, where I tested, diagnosed, and repaired human-machine interface (HMI) devices, before advancing to HMI Repair Technician, taking on complex tasks such as soldering, wiring, and programming. In production management, I oversee device repair and manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction while mentoring a team of technicians and collaborating across departments. As the lead for Radwell United, I drive initiatives that enhance company culture, including planning morale-boosting events, managing philanthropic efforts, and fostering employee engagement—all while ensuring efficient budget management. With a strong background in science, business, and mechanical engineering, I am passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, striving to deliver exceptional results and contribute to Radwell’s mission and values.
