I utilized my robust project management and data analytics expertise to validate test scripts using Tricentis qTest. Furthermore, I played a key role in crafting and refining content for the localized launch of JP Morgan's HR off-boarding platform tailored to specific countries.Engaged in regular daily and weekly sessions to discuss testing and product enhancements, assessing timelines and progress toward goals. Employed existing work products to develop an Excel-based program designed to streamline and enhance future test runs for the Worksuite project.In the culminating case study capstone, I developed and presented a comprehensive analysis highlighting the significance and relevance of HR in M&A transactions. This involved thorough research on prior JP Morgan transactions, consultations with JP Morgan's M&A team, and external investigations collaborating with consultant partners and industry analysts. The findings were delivered through a presentation to the executive leaders of JP Morgan's HR department and other affected departments.
