Vietnam Hospitality Network (VHN), founded in 2010 by a group of Hotel Management graduated students from Switzerland, is a non-profit project for the sustainable development of Vietnam's hospitality & tourism industry. The Swiss Alumni Club - Together we grow!The Swiss Alumni Club (or The SAC) is an organization founded by Vietnam Hospitality Network and a group of Vietnamese students who have studied and worked in Switzerland. ● Being responsible for developing 4 high-end hotel & resort in Ha Noi, Nha Trang, Quang Ninh city and Phu Quoc island and other real estate projects in Vietnam,● Direct and manage projects development from beginning to end,● Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals,● Ensure quality control of each project by tracking, controlling and monitoring the progress, risks and issues of each project and report to the Board.

● Being responsible for developing a 5star hotel in Nha Trang city, Vietam,● Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes when need, ● Plan and schedule project timelines, track project milestones and deliverables,● Find, negotiate and contract with consultant partners to promote the project including: Hotel operator, project management, construction inspection, quantity surveyor, contractors etc.,● Liaising with consultants to ensure confirmation of design, approval of work done, approval of process claims etc.,● Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to General Director.

VietStar Hotel Business Solution (VietStar HBS) specializes in supplying business solutions for hotel & tourism industy that includes:● Hotel Branding and Corporate Identity Development ● HR consultancy & Training● Recruitment and executive search ● Hotel Consultancy and Management

● Being responsible for developing five groups of customer, including Banks & Financial institutes, Airport Agencies, Training Centers, Foreign Ambassadors & Consulates, International & local Associations,● Proposing the specific price schedules to achieve certain goal.

● Increasing the quantity and quality of merchants dealing with using International cards such as Hotels, Restaurants, Shopping Centres, and Airway Agencies...● Training and consulting Customers, Agencies in Risk Management in International card payment,● Monthly reporting on market situation and Sales performance to Director,● Being responsible for creating and implementing Sales & Marketing plan for the Bank’s VISA SMART Card Project.

● Deals with the queries and complaints of the customers and troubleshoot them,● Weekly reporting Customer’s complaint to Director,● Suggesting policies to improve Customer Service Quality to Local card performance.
