Acted for Macquarie on their sale of Hobart Airport (2019)2. Acted for the Dutch Infrastructure Fund on their renewables projects (2015- current)3. Acted for Pacific Partnership on their Canberra Metro and NSW Regional Rail PPPs (2015 and 2019).4. Acted for the Macquarie, AMP, QIA and bcIMC Consortium on the privatisation of Endeavour (2017).5. Acted for NSW Government in respect of the Grafton Correctional Facility PPP (2017).6. Acted for the IFM and AusSuper Consortium for the privatisation of Ausgrid (2016).I have advised on various PPPs including the Sydney Convention Centre, NSW Schools, Melbourne desalination, QLD Rolling Stock and Northern Beaches Hospital.I have worked extensively with several major global pension funds and sovereign wealth funds, including CPPIB on the acquisition of the previsouly ASX listed Macquarie Communications Group (Broadcast Australia) and the acquisition of the ASX listed Intoll Group. In 2015 I was named the Taxation Institute of Australia's Corporate Tax Advisor of the Year. In 2018 I was a finalist in the Women in Finance Awards in the category of Accountant of the Year.In late 2012 I was seconded to AMP Capital to assist with the ASX listed DUET reorganization.
