Ensures everyone in Club has a connection and supports the President to enhance the Club's reputation.Responsibilities:○ Representative of MarCom to internal parties○ In charge of internal relations with MarCom○ In charge of MarCom’s internal relationship (make sure that everyone is not isolated from the club and members have strong bonds with MarCom)○ In charge of the Human Resources field○ In charge of the Logistic field○ Supervise all works happening within the club○ Responsible for every collaboration with any external party○ Ensure that the club operation is aligned with the club charter.○ Reviewing members’ schemes for club operation○ Keep track of all of the workings process○ Work directly with Guest Speakers and Sponsors (contract, deals, etc.) for Club's events

Led more than 20 members in the Operation Department, supports, and reports to Executives Board to keep track of the working process.Responsibility:○ In charge of the Operation Department.○ In charge of MarCom’s bonding activities.○ In charge of MarCom’s annual events (club day, induction day, general meeting).○ Assigning tasks to members of the Operation Department.○ Recruiting new members for Operation Department.○ In charge of MarCom’s recruitment.○ In charge of members’ information and status.○ Making approval on members’ resignation.○ In charge of MarCom’s internal relationship (make sure that everyone is not isolated from the club and members have strong bonds with MarCom).

Responsibilities:○ In charge of purchasing and managing logistics for events, activities,campaigns.○ Writing emails, booking properties, buying props for events.○ Searching places and planning for the club's party (birthday club, Xmas party, etc), bonding, and team building.○ Write meeting minutes and arrange meetings.○ Keep track of the working process and report to Internal Director

Responsibilities:○ Successful finish the assigned tasks from Executive Management Boards.○ Ensures submit assigned tasks on time.○ Get along with other members.
