INTRODUCTIONMinhee Lee is Head of Korean Services at 3CS Corporate Solicitors, London, United Kingdom. She adds considerable experience and expertise to Korean client having a business in the UK. She qualified as a lawyer in Korea in 2013 and her practice focus has been on corporate and commercial law, specifically advising clients on competition matters and responding to Korean Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) investigations. BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCEMinhee graduated from Griffith University, Australia, in 2006 with a BA in International Business, and continued her studies in China and Korea. In 2008 she graduated from Korea University with a BA in Business Administration and in 2013 she attended Yonsei University Law School and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M) at King’s College, London. She has attended several speaking engagements and has been featured in leading legal publications including submissions for the Korean Fair Competition Federation and the Korean Competition Law Association.She joins 3CS from Korean law firm Jipyong LLC, where she worked for the past ten years as a Senior Associate for their Antitrust and Competition Group. Throughout her career, she has served a variety of types and sizes of clients across many industry sectors. She enjoys direct interaction with her clients and learning about their businesses.
