- Coordinate with stakeholders (Headhunt agencies, IT Hiring Managers and HR department) to fulfill recruitment requests;- Search and collect CVs on job sites to develop potential IT candidates’ database (candidates’ information, interview schedule, status, feedback);- Support in generating weekly recruitment reports to monitor the quality of the recruitment process;- Conduct 1st round of interviews to evaluate candidates’ English, skills and understand their motivation;- Support in interviews arrangement and follow up on candidates’ status;- Build up and maintain relationships with candidates for current and future hiring needs.

- Coordinate with the Founder, Marketing Leader, HR Leader and Operation Leader to lead a team to initiate a “startup stories” program with 2 webinars and attract more than 100 college students; - Support in building projects and following up on the progress of the project's implementation;- Negotiate and manage the relationship with FTU2 Fintech Club to promote the organization's projects and to secure human resources;- Manage and maintain all partners and sponsor relationships: Cohota, Magic Code Institute, Uplift,...;- Write proposals for projects at the organization and coordinate with the Operation and Marketing Department to implement plans for partners.

- Internal Communication: Plan and execute internal communication plan for 55 members and collaborators, organize engagement activities to strengthen member connections.- Boost group engagement between businesses and students to foster student interest in the company’s Employer Branding events. Support to businesses in arranging training sessions and events to network with students.- Leader of Learning & Development: Define three sections in the L&D plan including General Knowledge, Soft skills and Career Orientation with 2 or 3 training sessions in each section. Guild and help other members in organization's work so that they can develop and maximize their abilities.- Leader of Recruitment team of Doanh Nhan Tap Su 2020 Competition: Prepare recruitment questionnaires, evaluation forms and other relevant documents.
