• Community management- Manage Agora – a new global platform for shared knowledge management for Havas community in 40 countries- Work with internal employees and external agencies to produce content of market insight reports • IT tools management- Manage a portfolio of 15 analytical tools (Statista, Mintel, Brandwatch, etc) - Organize trial tests, training pitches and conferences to implement new tools - Be the point of contact for any technical issues occurring during the use of the tools • Contract Management- Manage providers: commercial proposals, planning, budgeting - Coordinate with various departments (Finance, Procurement, Insights & Analytics) in negotiation, contract signing, invoicing and payment
