PayrollManage/ check the payroll, insurance, PIT, Labor Contract.Balance the salary with the company’s budget and social insurance policy.Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. 3. HR policyEnsure HR policies and regulations to be driven on the right track.Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of the department and services performed.Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.Conduct performance review and adjust the payroll after review.4. OtherHandle employee conflict in an organization.Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.Maintain company organization charts and the employee directoryConduct the core value of the company and HR department.Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures.
