* Fresher/Trainee program- Responsible for recruiting and organizing training for fresher programs to ensure the supply of resources according to the company's needs. - Responsible for working with partners and expanding cooperation with universities to create resources for fresher programs.* Working with training partners- International companies (Google, AWS…): carry out the process of becoming an official training partner.- Domestic partners: outsourcing training issues* Standardize professional training programs- Collaborate with experts to design and develop training programs and curricula suitable for each group of students.- Collaborate with experts to update training content in line with new technology trends.- Coordinate instructors for technology-related courses- Ensure courses are conducted on schedule and of high quality.- Evaluate the quality of students after training

- Develop annual training plans.- Design specialized technology training programs for re-upskilling, certification, new technologies…- Organize and provide soft skills training for employees (Fresher-Junior level).- Deliver orientation training content for new employees (~ 300 newbies/year). - Organize seminars, workshops, or webinars on technology. - Evaluate the effectiveness of the training, collect feedback, generate reports, and adjust training content for upcoming sessions.

- Develop professional training plans for employees based on the training needs analysis.- Implement professional training courses for new employees and re-training programs according to the plan.- Ensure the quality of system operations and Resolve issues arising from the company's regulatory procedures

- Implement enrollment plans and strategies.- Directly take responsibilities for operation activities of the center.
