1. Managing all activities related to the Company's financial accounting segment:• Develop processes and regulations related to the work of the Accounting Department.• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly separate and consolidated financial statements according to VAS and IFRS standards.• Prepare and send on time accounting, statistical and settlement reports in accordance with the law, stakeholders and the Company.• Organize periodic stockcount of assets and inventories of the Company.• Control, check records, vouchers, documents related to daily operation.• Organize and inspect the preservation and storage of accounting documents and Company assets.2. Organize, summarize and advise on the Company's operation plan:• Organizing, synthesizing and advising the Company's plans.• Analyze, propose measures to solve, handle when there are cases abnormality occurs.3. Monitor and direct the settlement of business activities of the Company:• Check and supervise economic contracts.• Check the validity of payment documents.• Monitoring, payment, reimbursement for projects implemented by the Company.4. Conduct internal training:• Implement training and retraining plans to improve professional qualifications for employees under management.5. Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Financial Control and the Board of Directors of the company (COA restructuring, new business segment implementation, efficiency projects in operations, Tax Audit for 2019 - 2022...).Achievement:- Monthly Closing reduced from T+5 to T+3 with both VAS & IFRS.- Tax finalization for 4 consecutive years 2019 - 2022 with tax saving of VND bil 10.- Successfully launched Payment Approval Process for Accounting via Digital Tools.

- Build and improve accounting methodology and operation processes, policies.- Oversee and manage all accounting transactions of business operation and Tax in member companies within various industries: content production, communication service, digital sector (VieON, Vieshop,…) and media service.- Manage the consolidation financial statements and closing processes on monthly basis.- Analyze and evaluate the reasonableness of financial figures in Statement of Financial Positions and Statement of Comprehensive Incomes in subsidiaries.- Oversee the fixed assets management in Group.

- Engagement management: ensure the success of an audit, oversee audit teams;- Portfolio management: propose and negotiate for service fee, sign contracts, control the billing process to the clients;- Overall management: Attend and contribute to strategic decisions of the Firm;- Market developments: build trust for clients by providing timely support on Technical Accounting, Auditing and Corporate Management issues;- Team work and team development: maintain team's morale and effectiveness by coaching and supporting activities to the team;- Marketing activities: attend in marketing activities of the Firm for IFRS implementation and contribute ideas in IFRS related marketing activities;- Meet and discuss with clients to finalize accounting, tax and auditing issues;- Train new Staffs with Audit procedures;- Recruit new candidates for the Firm;- Work closely with Senior Managers, Directors and Partners; - Work closely and keep timely communication with EY Teams from other offices for Group Audit as well as others Group Auditors;- Technical skills: Deeply understand local GAAP as well as IFRS, familiar with SAP, budgeting and forecasting, budget control, internal control, internal process & improvement, basic in valuation of company (FCFE & FCFF method);- Continuous development: Actively update knowledge and skill through various internal trainings and technical update webinars by ACCA and VACPA.

- In charge of Audit Engagements in various Industries: Manufacturing, Real Estate & Construction, Hospitality, E-commerce, Oil & Gas,...- Understand clients' business as well as their Internal Controls.- Review clients' Accounting System and Transactions as well as Internal Controls.- Perform Analytical Review Procedure to ensure the reasonableness of the Financial Statements.- Co-operate with other Divisions in the Firm to archive target and support our clients.- Manage and lead team of Audit Assistants to clients' site, consult them with advice and instructions as well as review their workings.- Deal with clients about Accounting & Tax issues, consult them for management improvements.- Maintain relationship between clients and our Firm.- Report to Managers or Partners in charge of the engagement.- Assist clients in preparing Financial Statements in accordance with VAS or relevant reporting frameworks.

My responsibilities are:- Review and maintain proper GL data.- Perform and running closing activities.- Review and manage master data for Fixed Assets (FA), FA code creation; Capitalization and Measurement Processes; Initial and Subsequent Measurement; FA maintaining Management; month-end closing regarding to Fixed Assets.- Costing & Inventories Controls: review costing calculation and inventory management; Support correction process on GR/IR account; Month-end activities related to Inventories & Costing Module; Prepare reports on Inventories and Costing at month end.- Financial statements & Audit: Reviewing and verifying transactions; Maintain accurate and clean Financial Records for Financial Information, Auditing and Operational Use; Reconcile accounts, records, reports and journal; Interpret, apply and explaining compels laws, codes, regulations and ordinances.- Participate and contribute in the Company enhancement of internal processes.
