Having more than 10 years in the Software Development field which I have experienced in both Product Development and Outsourcing development services models. Starting the career development as a Tech Engineer for Personal Navigation Device from TomTom B.V, the world leader Car navigation where I worked closely with PO and other stakeholders on the product development and also cooperated/led the multi-located offshore teams with different timezones & cultures (India, China). since 2012 to 2016, I played the role of a Test Manager for TestArchitect, an enterprise automated test tool (https://testarchitect.com/) where I managed for more than 50 headcounts from both HCM city & DN with resources allocated into several scrum teams and played the Scrum Master on different teams as well. Defined testing strategies, plans, approaches that’re well adapted to market demand with high ROI and built-in quality in any steps/phases of development cycles were my main duties during this time.In the years later from 2016 to 2018, I was promoted to the head of the Test Center of Excellence dept. which was a new team focusing on the customer & project success. The new team has been build from 2 engineers to 30 headcounts after 1.5 years serving more than a dozen projects from business to technical solutions on various kinds of requirements: DevOps, automation, development.From 2018 to date, I currently oversee the entire development group where I am managing several sub-teams from the product owner, developments to customer supports to delivery the product TestArchitect as well as other development service: MOWEDE(https://mowede.com) Working closely with stakeholders (executive teams) to define the business strategies & approaches on both product development and outsourcing direction either on human resources(staffing, allocating) to development (delivery models, RnD activities).
