• Support the national network over 700+ assessment centers with 3000+ workstations, servers, routers, switches, and printers across the US • Project Management • Assign project tasks to appropriate engineer based on their specialist for best result. • Implement update and recommendation for projects improvement. • Coordinate with Management and Operation team for project install / upgrade procedure.

• Primary support the national network over 200+ assessment centers with 800+ workstations, servers, routers, switches, and printers across the US • Ability to build and configure multiple workstations and private server units all at once for replacement, upgrade, and new site setup across the US. • Research, purchased, tested, deployed, and maintained corporate hardware and software operation. • Communicate via phone, email, or in person with corporate and national clients to provide technical support, walk through assistance, and troubleshooting with computer, hardware, and software issues • Manage national workstations and server PCs using LANDesk Management Console and Mobotox software. • Assisted the Lead Network Engineer with configure CISCO routers for national assessment centers. • LANDesk Management: Managing LDMS v.9.6 for upgrade, inventory, image capture and deployment, queries, and deploy update to target workstations within corporate and nation locations. • Work with iPv4 network on Windows. Configure Dynamic or Static network, set DNS connection on remote PCs. • Mobotix Management: Configure settings through management console, setup and install Mobotix IP Cam on national sites for security purposes. • QNAP Management: Configure corporate electronic storage profile, setup and install QNAP storage device for backup and restore. Link devices to Mobotix IP Cam for video storage • Manage multiple projects all at once. Provide teamwork experience for an effective result
