- Seek avenues for film sales, identifying potential partners for distribution of films in the domestic Vietnamese market and international territories.- Maintain relationships with key distributors.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to formulate distribution plans.I also take part in the Sales and Distribution stage for the last 2 years, and my role is:- Review contracts, engage in pricing negotiations within budgetary constraints.- Monitor and liaise with stakeholders in alignment with given schedules and budgets.- Oversaw project handovers and conduct periodic acceptance checks.

- Action movie "578: Magnum":+ Pre-production:* My primary focus was assembling an exceptional team. This encompassed the meticulous selection of actors, action teams, post-production houses, and editors.* I also worked as the Action Team Manager, I assumed the crucial responsibility of ensuring seamless communication between the action team and the director. My role extended to guaranteeing a profound understanding of the director's vision, supervising action demo creation, and orchestrating the team to deliver optimal results.+ During the Principal of Photography: I played a key role in orchestrating a harmonious collaboration with the Korean Action Team and VFX experts from both Vietnam and Korea.Leading the martial arts team, my focus was on maintaining the authenticity of the action sequences, ensuring they mirrored the precision showcased in the initial martial arts demo.With the VFX team, I meticulously calculated the number of scenes requiring special effects, intricately planned the shooting of VFX segments, coordinated with the director and the VFX team, and managed various technical specifications for seamless integration.+ Post-production Stage:I took charge of managing intricate processes, with a special emphasis on editing, color grading, and the VFX stage. + Distribution and Marketing: I'm also Involved in the marketing, distribution, and selling of films.

- Prepare everything for the PPM: presentation pitches, seek for suitable talents, locations, mua, equipments,... checking quotation, arrange schedules.- After the PPM is fixed, prepare the paperwork (contracts, receipts,...), location scouting, discussing with ekip to prepare for the shooting day, buying/ renting wardrobe,... if we don't have the budget then I'll be stylist, make-up, location boy,...- On the Shooting day:+ Running all day in the field. Prepare for the next scenes, and for unexpected problems.- Post-production:+ Find the post house within the budget and schedule+ Coordinate with the artist (editors, color grade, voice-over, mixing, final mix,...).+ Prepare and update reports of different stage for the Lead Producer
