As a graduate of the Master's program in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, I have a strong passion for the hospitality industry and a keen interest in providing excellent customer service. Previously, I was a Project Manager at Studio Duy, a creative agency in Hanoi, where I managed multiple projects for clients in the various sectors. I was responsible for planning, coordinating, communication and maintaining progress of each project. One notable project was the rebranding of Vinamilk - the biggest dairy company in Vietnam and is ranked the 6th largest dairy brand in the world according to Brand Directory.Before that, I have accumulated comprehensive Front Desk experience by working for three five-star hotels - namely Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, Hyatt Regency Sydney and InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, in chronological order. During the time serving at the desk of all three hotels, I have gained valuable experience in handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and complaints, using the Opera system and various tools and protocols. I also participated in cross-departmental meetings and initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty. My core competencies include customer experience, interpersonal skills, hospitality management and project management I am fluent in English, Vietnamese, and Japanese.
