Design & installation of pure water system for pharmaceutical production, compliance with GMP-EU standards:• Organize meetings with customers to clarify the requirements and the scope of work.• Present ideas, designs to meet set criteria with customers.• Submit quotations, project timelines and contract promotions.• Ensure quotation documents and processes in line with the required standards: ISO, GMP WHO, GMP EU.• Carry out the equipment installation and commissioning of the projects.• Complete the necessary papers to evaluate (DQ, IQ, OQ) the system.• Support customers with warranty and troubleshooting after acceptance and after-sale support.• Coordinate with Sale Department and PMO team to develop and maintain business strategies.Organizing installation and project management for projects: Nhi Dong 1 Hospital, Boston pharma, Imexpharm:• Design layouts, isometric drawings for installation, as-built drawing after acceptance. After-sale support for customers.• Review contract, submit quotations to customers, ensure the installation timeline meet contract and customer requirements• Cooperate with the owner and suppliers of equipment, instruments: Truking, Burkert, Mettler Toledo, Endress & Hauser, etc. To install and calibrate the instrument after installing the system.

Improving products, procedures, equipment, packaging, and cost-saving processes.Transfer technology and equipment of the factories: Aseptic Filling (Procomac), Concentrate factory, Water and Waste-water treatmentCommissioning test, organize production and increase the capacity for concentrated green tea, herbal tea, Aseptic cold-filled and hot-filled products.Ensure the quality of concentrated products, reduce extract loss and down timeEstablishing and follow up the maintenance plan for the lines after handover, maintaining the total productivity of the factory (TPM)Updating process/product parameters for all products at four factories are standardized to ensure documents comply with requirements of food safety and hygiene with standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, FDA.

Leader of projects:1. Line Aseptic cold fill 48,000 bottles/hour GEA Procomac (from May 2020 to May 2021)• Supervising machine installation, utility supply.• Control timeline, CapEx of the project• Cooperating with equipment suppliers: GEA Procomac, TDS, Endress Hauser, VideoJet, Spirax Sarco, SIPA, SMI, ROBOPAC, XUYUAN, etc for installation and troubleshooting• Coordinate with GEA Procomac and process team to solve after installation problem defects • Commissioning includes microbiological validation, ramp up, full capacity. • Support solving problems after acceptance for production team.2. Concentrated products plant 48,000 ton/day (from May 2018 to May 2020)• Control and ensure the quality of concentrated products (tea/herbal)• Organize production run by shifts.• Working with several equipment manufacturers: CEFOC, Suntar, Alfa Laval, Endress Hauser, etc. in installation and troubleshooting.• Establish a plant maintenance plan.3. Water treatment 10,000m3/day (from Jan 2020 to June 2020)• Design to increase capacity and commissioning the system• Work with a number of equipment manufacturers and suppliers: WASEN, Viet An to handle equipment problems, ensure all parameters: Conductivity, Turbidity, pH, Chlorine, etc. Controlled online.4. Waste-water treatment 100m3/day (from June 2020 to Jan 2021)• Design the system, test, and commission the equipment.• Work with local supplier (TND) for installation equipment, prefabricated houses
