- Supporting Digital Social Media platform client- Content/Documentation management, check on contract details, ensure compliance of policy- Accountable for the success and quality of the process- Ensures that the process is followed correctly in-Service Operations- Approves management reporting and tool requirements- Help improve the defined processes as we create more automation and gather information

- Be responsible for the supervision of the site by shift basis.- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer requests to ensure prompt solution of issues.- Motivate and encourage staff to be customer service focused.- Ensure all employees are performing in accordance with the required standards of the business.- Be responsible for employee training, development and performance through coaching, feedback and the performance review process. - Implement and execute organization-wide programs, promotions and marketing activities. - Support Technical Team (Projection).

- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.- Informing customers about bank products and services.- Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies.- Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault.- Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance.- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.- Using software to track bank information and generate reports.- Following all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
