-Monitoring Fiber incident and cooperation with DWDM team.-Monitoring IPLC, PNI, IPT, PNI, CDN case with link down, route issue, route flap, high latency discuss with IP BO team to optimize BGP route for ongoing route policy and changes Local Preference within AS and changes AS Path Length with Provider negotiation for better route best path to improvement to resolve decrease latency issue.-Follow Up with fiber team to restore to reduce KPI of fiber route and implement MW link and investigate MPLS TE to reachable BGP-Lu Homing PE.

Handle incident mail for all clients in both Entitles (ATOM, Mytel, MPT & Ooredoo)-Monitoring AWS RDS ,cloudwatch ,S3 normally and daily health check.-Define each incident with monitoring platform by either App health related issue or Non-App related issue.-Raised the tickets to O&M partner .-Communicate each client for time-to-time progress through multi-communication channel (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal)-Responsible to share hourly Network status for internal team awareness.-Reporting daily for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes, reconciled with Each MS partner.-Responsible for 1st level escalation to SRE team if issue to Monitoring platform-Monitor Network/System devices , software heath.-Monitor the transactions every mins. Find the fault point with Oracle SQL developer running query if any issue we faced.-Monitor the Cluster, Commit, Concurrency, User IO , CPU, Database with Oracle Enterprise Manger(OEM) and report backups daily.-Checking VM’s CPU utilization ,Usage in VMware vSphere daily and monitor the server issues ,Checking daily patches for ubuntu.-Monitor the Kubernetes ports drop crash with using Rancher.-Troubleshoot and resolve the level-1 incident and escalated to related team if necessary.-Works closely with Vendor via email and phone call until resolution.-Document and published approved work instructions and procedures for internal reference.-Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (CM, PM other attendance)-Work 24*7 shift rotation.

-Monitors and report the daily operational activities needed to manage IT services and the supporting IT infrastructure.-level 1 (Access Layer) trouble shooting analysis for certain network and fiber issues if occurred. -Communicate with other Vendors.-Have decent knowledge and troubleshooting in GPON network infrastructure and VPLS, MPLS Network.-Handling certain activities (CM/PM) information or incident cases via mail as fast as possible and escalating respective team.-Supervising day-to-day operational activity reports from Junior NOC Team members and compiling this data into a monthly report to upper management for escalation.-Managing the NOC team, which includes providing guidance work process, and ensuring the team is working efficiently to meet the organization's objectives.

-Monitors and report the daily operational activities needed to manage IT services and the supporting IT infrastructure.-Mainly using Zabbix and Cacti for monitoring Metro Ring and Core layer Traffic.-Check the log of Network Interface state every 4 hours.-ZTE Olt/ and (ZTE, Sopto, BDCOM) GPON ONU configuration for FTTX GPON customer and establish PPPoE session for each user clients in BNG.-Troubleshooting for FTTX clients and assigned Ticket to related team.-Reporting day to day operational activities to Shift Leader.-Directly communicate with customer via phone and Communicate via both phone and mail for DIA,DPLC, IP Transit services.

-Communication with end user cross-organizational staff and Ruckus and SCG.-Troubleshooting RF and LAN issues.-Work with NOC and operational teams to resolve any outage or project as required.-Configure Routers, Switches, APs and Point to Point Devices.-Support wireless LAN, Support FTTH Team.-Leading the team to reduce downtime of OLT site down cases.
