• Manage the IT Project in MSB for full process (from researching the possibility of the project, create the PnL document, propose the deployment solution, create the bidding document, kick-off and running the project until go-live, pilot and close the project);• Join various type of project :- In-house development system,- Coordinate with vendor to deploy the products(Finance system, FTP, Cost Allocation, ECM … )- Enhancement of current system (Core-banking SIBS, Way4 DBM web … ) - Procurement of hardware, server (Buy server, setup environment, change system and testing on new server) - Implement the BCP (Business Continuous Planning) for IT system• Applied both Agile and Water-Fall (depend on size of project and decision from Stakeholder);• Manage and tracking the project’s progress to deliver the product on-time, meet requirements, satisfy the Stakeholder and BU, try to keep the cost within budget.Some typical Project :Vision: This is a strategic project in MSB, once this project complete, EXCO meeting of MSB was hold sooner than normal, all the necessary reports are automated and ready earlier than before, MSB can do the cost allocation to each small department, this project also include FTP module that's can control the finance and money flow.Biometrics: This is a running strategic project, apply the biometrics technology into bank's process to enhance the security, detect the fraud customer, avoidance the loss of fraud and know the customer (tobe a core system to deploy the next eKYC system) Payment GateWay for Viet Duc Hospital: Integrate with Viet Duc hostpital system and embed the payment into Viet Duc's normal process, this is a big project in MSB to provide the payment gateway to VietDuc's customer.Enhance Way4 and Internet Banking's DB Server.Change MSB re-branding.

• Worked as BA of IT Team in the Basel2 Project;• Coordinate with other teams in the Basel2 project to make the acceptance list and requirements for the Basel2 project;• Designing the solution for project’s requirements;• Drawing the overall diagram for Basel2 system with detail function, timely, user’s role for each process in the system;• Join the Data team for designing the Basel2’s Data modal.• Complete the SRS document for ETL process, from VPBank’s Dataware house and other source to Basel2’s Datamodel.• Complete the SRS document for the Basel2 system and other related system (ETL Management, Consolidation tree …).
