As Honeywell HPS Academy leader for Asia Pacific, I am responsible for Business development of Training and Competency portfolio. Identify market needs, design innovative strategies to drive productivity and optimize workforce efficiency. Collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders – Sales, P&E, Projects for Business Development. Driving top line and bottom-line growth. Develop strategic training plans – Understand and meet customer needs with required product mix of Trainings (e-Learning, Classroom Blended), Certification Programs, AR/VR/MR based learning, OTS modelling and Digital twin.Offering Management – NPI, Pricing , Goto market strategy, TAM, SAM and supporting MARCOM with external communications and marketing campaigns to build business pipeline and the success rate.ETL data from SFDC, SAP, LMS, Ecommerce and survey tools for holistic analysis of data in BI to act as enabler for business decisions. Proficient in learning and development technologies and tools -Learning Management System, Skill demonstration tools, Customer satisfaction survey tools and Data Analysis tools.Spearhead the development and execution of effective workforce planning strategies that align with the organization's mission, vision, and objectives. Design competency programs -Training needs assessment of organization, designing and delivering the KPI based Outcome based Learning Programs. Managing a global team of training coordinators and analysts to ensure efficient execution of learning and development programs.Prior to this role, I have 10+ years of versatile experience being part of global Project execution team for implementing greenfield and migration projects, where I gained strong technical knowledge on Honeywell DCS, PLC and SADA systems. I worked with global clients including SHELL, KNPC, Woodside and was responsible for FAT, SAT and commissioning activities.
